The buyer is responsible for safe and proper use of the pool kit and agrees to the following terms: Pool kits are shipped shrink wrapped in plastic on one or more pallets. The plastic should be in tact upon delivery. Remove the plastic wrap to check your order with the delivery ticket for number of pieces and note any damaged or missing items before signing the delivery ticket. Unusable or non-repairable damaged items MUST be refused and returned to the delivery truck for replacement. Items refused because of damage will be reshipped from the warehouse to the homeowner upon notification by the homeowner to Royal Swimming Pools. Remove wrapping and open boxes if necessary to check for damaged items. Damage claim CAN NOT be filed after the delivery ticket is signed unless the damaged items are written on the delivery ticket or as per manufacturer's warranty. Use the packing list to check for missing items. Missing items must be reported to Royal Swimming Pools within 1 week of delivery and will be sent to you via normal ground shipment. You must check the size and pattern of the pool liner listed on the box before removing the liner from the box. The liner can not be returned after it is removed from the box except as per manufacturer's warranty. Delivery truck liftgate service (Tommy-lift) is an optional additional. The homeowner is responsible for unloading the pool kit. You will need to have 2 people available to unload the pool kit. Shipping insurance does not cover damage caused by dropping or improper unloading of wall or frame boxes. Wall panels and frame boxes weigh about 150 lbs or less.
