P&P Charge  Please note that our p&p charge includes: POSTAGE COST - including insurance cover (up to £34.00 for items sent with post office, £75 for items sent with courier or higher, if previously agreed, for more valuable items),  VAT (even though post office don't charge us vat, we have to add vat on to the cost when we charge a third party and send the revenue to the vat man - if you know different please let us know), PACKAGING COSTS - although we do attempt not to use excessive packaging to reduce the environmental impact, & HANDLING CHARGE - ie time spent picking, packing, labelling, collating proof of postings, delivering & queuing at the Post Office etc. We have been unable to find any staff willing to do this for nothing!  The p&p price is clearly listed on each item.  If, for any reason, you are not happy with the charge stated, please buy elsewhere.
