Power provided by:  6 HP Kohler Command (premium grade) engine.  (Better than the Kohler Courage Series) This leaf vac mounts to the Kubota and has it's own engine to really get that material up the chute and into the hopper.  Then when the hopper is full, you back up to your dumping area, pull the handle, and the material dumps out.  Close the lid and it's back to work!  No more getting off, shut down engine, remove heavy grass filled bags, dump them, etc., etc., etc. What makes this unit better than what Kubota offers is the dump from seat capability, as well as the compactness of the unit.  The hopper mounts over top of the hood of the tractor so it is not hanging out over the back of the machine banging into stuff, or taking up more length on the trailer.  Also has a little flapper thing at the top of the hopper that will tell you when the hopper is full. Some Plusses and Minuses: Plusses:  Engine fires right up and runs really well, no funny noises, smoke, etc.;  Starts on first or second pull;  Engine oil just changed;  Hoses all in good shape; Front counterweights included; Hopper not rusted out;  Has its own engine so you're not robbing power from the tractor to run it. Minuses: Small dent/crease in top left of hopper -see pictures; engine shield below head is melted and hanging down.  Not sure why.  Does not affect the engine performance, but shield should probably be replaced so engine will cool properly and last a good long time! Overall, a good bagger/vac system.  Sure is a whole lot easier than raking!
