It is incised on the base "6617" with a small mark from the artisan who painted it.  It still works, but rewiring is highly suggested. The porcelain portion is 11" tall, and the piece is 13.5" to the top of the socket. The only condition issue is that a portion of the pinky is missing as depicted in the photos.  Please examine this piece, as it is something completely hand-painted & special.     SHIPPING COSTS/TERMS SHIPPING COST FOR THIS ITEM IS $14.50  This quote is for the Continental U.S. only, and the item will be sent via UPS or FedEx. This charge includes all costs including quality packing, shipping fees, & full insurance at the purchase price.  International shipping is available, but prior permission by the seller is required before you bid.  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We can ship most of our merchandise internationally, but you will need to contact us prior to purchase for permission.
