The silver is hallmarked for Mauser, NY, NY.  The glass is a variant of "Webster" by Higgins & Seiter. It features a beautiful, deep and ornate cutting throughout the bowl. The repose design of the silver rim is also quite beautiful. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.  We apologize for any bluish hue to photos.
