Of probable ca.1940 vintage, this NC pottery bowl has no cracks or breaks. Condition is very good. As it was used (probably to hold bulbs), you can expect age-appropriate light wear and mineral deposit build up around the bowl's outer perimeter that I haven't attempted to scrub off. Other than the normally found potter's glaze anomalies, there was only one small glaze edge flake to one outer edge found, shown. Although photos indicate a light turquoise in the glaze, there is none. This handled bowl will be a welcome addition to your North Carolina art pottery collection.
