Brand New Stock. This is the newest PTAC model available from McQuay for use in a 16" X 42" wall sleeve and use with Top Mounted Hydronic (Steam or Hot Water) Heat. These systems are referred to as the New York City style PTAC since they are mostly found in buildings in Manhattan. Use to replace the older obsolete models NH, MQE and PDNS. This is for the Chassis only to replace an existing Chassis, does not include new cabinet, hydronic coil, wall sleeve, outdoor louver or motorized valve. These items are available at additional cost but not included in this listing. Generally all of those items are not replaced unless necessary when replacing just a chassis. Warranty is 1 year on all parts. There is no labor warranty on these units. This unit will need professional installation, we can provide that at an additional cost or you can use your own installing contractor.
