The urn lamp has two handles.  The glass is thick - 5/16" - and is a very pale yellow-lime color.  It has the original cord with an in-line switch.  The lamp has a single light and the glow highlights the raised ladies. No makers mark.  Fenton purchased the molds but never manufactured the lamp. No lid. The urn lamp is 12" tall and 7 3/4" across the top.
