Description
You are bidding on a vintage Salem China Company teapot. The pattern is called "Regency". It is in very good shape except for a chip on the handle of the lid of the teapot. I searched the internet over and could not find any history or other pieces that match this little teapot. It has a 50 on the bottom side which could mean it was made in 1950, or it is a numbered piece. It doesn't have the traditional stars the Salem China Company usually placed on their pieces to symbolize which quarter of the year it was made. It also does not have any gold on it except for probably the inscription on the bottom of the little teapot. This little teapot is 6" long from spout to handle and 3 1/2 inches tall from bottom to top of lid, and about 4 1/2 inches wide. It will be an invaluable addition to your collection of Salem china!! Happy bidding!!!!
